Terms of service

These terms cover your use of fuckai.club (the "site") and anything you buy from us. "We", "us" and "fuckai" mean the business that runs this site. "You" means anyone who visits the site or places an order. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who can order

You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you're younger, a parent or guardian has to order for you.

2. Products and made-to-order production

Everything we sell is made after you order it. Apparel, accessories and prints are produced by our printing partners. Decks and grip tape are produced by our skateboard partner. Because each piece is printed for you, small differences in print placement, colour and texture from the photos on the site are normal and aren't a defect. Screens show colour differently, so we can't promise an exact match.

Decks are sold as decks only (no trucks, wheels or hardware) unless the listing says otherwise. Skateboarding is dangerous. Ride at your own risk and wear protective gear.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. The price charged is the one shown at checkout. Shipping, taxes and duties are shown at checkout or charged by your country on delivery. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

If a price is clearly wrong because of a mistake on our side, we can cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you've received a confirmation.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send it to production. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item can't be produced, if we suspect fraud, or if there's a pricing error. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

You can ask to change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us. After that, production may already have started and we can't promise changes.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Production and delivery times on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you gave us. Please check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to a wrong address you entered. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return of unworn, unwashed items with tags, and unridden decks with no grip applied. You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. Stickers, sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Gift cards and promotions

Gift cards can be used on this site only. They can't be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it, and they aren't replaced if lost. Free items have no cash value. Promotions can end at any time and can't be combined unless we say so.

8. Emails and drop notices

If you sign up for drop notices or our newsletter, we'll email you about new releases and restocks. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

9. Photos and videos you send us

If you send us photos or videos (for example to longdarkhours@gmail.com, or by tagging us), you confirm you own them or have permission to share them, and that everyone shown agreed to it. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to show them on our site and social channels, with credit to you where possible. You keep ownership. If you want something taken down, email us and we'll remove it within a reasonable time.

10. Our designs and content

All designs, artwork, logos, text, photos and code on the site belong to fuckai or are used with permission. Every graphic is drawn by hand. Buying a product doesn't give you any right to copy, resell or reproduce the design. You can't use our content for commercial purposes, or to train or prompt machine-learning or generative-AI systems, without our written permission.

11. How you can use the site

Don't use the site for anything illegal. Don't try to hack, overload, scrape or disrupt it. Don't place fake or fraudulent orders. We can suspend access or cancel orders if these terms are broken.

12. Third-party services and links

The site runs on Shopify, and orders are fulfilled through partner services. Links to other sites, like our Spotify playlist, are for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

13. Disclaimer

The site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This doesn't affect any rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived by law.

14. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

15. Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim, including legal fees.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

17. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't apply to orders placed before the update.
