You have 14 days after your order is delivered to ask for a return.
What qualifies
- The item is unworn, unwashed and has its tags.
- You have your order number.
- Decks must be unridden with no grip tape applied.
Starting a return
Send us your order number through the Contact page. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Items sent back without a request first won't be accepted.
Return shipping
You pay return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
Damaged or wrong items
Check your order when it arrives. If something is wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Exchanges
Need another size? Request an exchange within 14 days. Once your return arrives, we ship the new size.
Refunds
We inspect returns within 5 business days of receiving them and email you the result. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take up to 10 business days to post it.
EU customers
If your order ships to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, as long as it's unworn and unwashed.
